Link Method

Link method is a popular memory tool that makes memorizing lists and sequences fun and creative. It improves retention level of the information and is a natural way of memorizing data. The basic idea with this method is to link two ideas together by forming a silly/funny/bizarre picture that involves both the concepts/terms.

For example if you have a shopping list to memorize that has mango, milk, and soap. Your first goal would be to create images linking item 1 and 2, and item 2 and 3 in a picture form. Like the first picture could be a huge mango milking a cow, and the second image could be of a milk container that poured soap.

Because the images are so bizarre and funny the mind will retain the information longer, and faster.
